VENUE FAQ

— Half of rental fee is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remainder of your balance will be due two weeks out from event.
— Each booking gets a one hour tour/planning session for an opportunity to see the property before your event.
— We do require a contract to be turned in with your deposit. The contract has vital information and guidelines to be sure your event is as smooth as possible!
We provide two 8’ tables for you to use. We have poolside seating and outdoor seating, but you must bring your own lawn chairs or formal reception/wedding chairs and tables.
Bring your own alcohol, or choose your own vendors. We do not allow underage drinking or glass bottles anywhere.
